Pillsbury Appraisal Services (PAS) was incorporated in 2003 by Graham Pillsbury after 25 years of being a staff appraiser for a major lending corporation. PAS has over 20 Appraisal Management Company clients, as well as numerous smaller lending institutions and attorney clients. Graham “Rusty” Pillsbury

Owner of Pillsbury Appraisal Services, Rusty has been appraising residential properties since 1977. He is a licensed Maine Certified Residential Appraiser which allows him to complete all residential appraisals including government lending programs (HUD, FHA, Rural Housing, etc.), and high-end properties that not all licensed appraisers are certified to do. His real estate and new construction knowledge enables him to provide the latestreal estate information and valuations to the many corporate and individuals clients of PAS

Carol A. Goode

Carol has been the behind-the-scenes office personnel for Pillsbury Appraisal Services since 2009, performing all the tasks that make any office run efficiently. With over 20 years of real estate sales experience and an extensive office management background Carol strives to insure that the daily operations of PAS are handled in the most professional manner.
